EnCompass provides everything you need to gather baseline information on all your students and begin to develop Schemes of Work that truly meet their individual needs. As part of the EnCompass system, AST offers each partner school a fully developed Database allowing easy and quick access to baseline data to assist with lesson planning. AST also provides a report containing a full and detailed analysis by Tutor group, gender and ethnicity.
Unlike other auditing systems, EnCompass relies on colourful, visual imagery that is transparent and understandable to the students themselves, promoting independence and responsibility for learning. Every student receives a personal, unique Learning Profile, detailing preferred learning styles and with extensive suggestions for development and revision techniques.
EnCompass also provides unique Task Frames that assist departments to quickly audit existing Schemes, identify potential weaknesses and improve the effectiveness of work planned.
EnCompass is very competitively priced and is offered with full staff training and support. Schools typically receive the results of the audit, completed database and detailed analysis and report within 10 days of returning questionnaires.
